As an Art Therapist in private practice, I work with adults who are struggling with the turbulence of change, feeling overwhelmed by stress, uncertainty and self-doubt. Whether it’s a change in career, relationships, health, or life stage, it can feel like change has turned your world upside down.
I help people navigate change more smoothly by using creativity to explore where they are, where they’d like to be, and how to bridge that gap. I work collaboratively with clients to bring more clarity, connection, and self-acceptance to their lives.
After studying psychology, I completed my Master’s degree in Art Therapy in 2010 at Concordia University. I have worked with children and adolescents in community mental health, older adults in long-term care, and people with developmental disabilities. In addition to my private practice, I work with people going through cancer treatment and their loved ones at Sunnybrook Hospital.
